Hi there! I am Tamara, a Master Engineer of Food Engineering, certified Nutritionist, wellness enthusiast, and the voice behind NutriVerbum. I have over a decade of experience in Food Safety and Nutrition.
I am also a sport enthusiast, I enjoy Pilates and early morning runs. Through my blog, I will share my passion for wholesome food, balanced living and evidence-based nutrition tips that can transform your health journey.
I started this blog as a way to combine my love for nutrition with my passion for writing and educating others. Over the years, I’ve seen how confusing and overwhelming the world of nutrition can be. From fad diets to conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel lost.
My goal is to cut through the noise and offer straightforward, practical guidance that empowers you to make healthier choices without feeling deprived.
